How many roles in the Open Trip application?

There is basically two roles in this application which is trip leader and traveler. Trip leader is the one who plan and execute the trip from the start until the end. Traveler is the one who join the trip that has been provided before by the trip leader.

How to be a trip leader?

Open Trip as a platform provide opportunity for everyone who wants to be trip leader. Trip leader only need to give some verification identity such as email, phone number, Identity Card, etc.

How to join a trip?

All you need to do is open the app and click the trip that match with your dream trip. It is as easy as that. You only need to concern about the trip leader reputation by looking ther review and star from previous trip.

I want to join trip. How can I pay the trip?

Don’t worry you can pay the trip through the apps. We provide you with bank transfer and credit card. So all you need is to be prepared for the adventure with Open Trip.

Can cancel the trip that I already booked and paid?

Yes! You can cancel the trip but, the money that you have transferred won’t be back 100%. We need to make sure the trip still on going without your cancelation. So, we will take 50% to guarantee the trip still go as planned before.

How long can I get my money from the cancelation?

Give me 14 working days to transfer it to you.

What's the function of activity on the trip?

Here you are! Activity will support your needs to share the happines with all your friends in the application. Don’t need to worry about using another apps since you can share it with our apps.

Do I need to pay another additional price on the apps?

Of course NO! All the price is the final price.

Do you store my credit card details?

Nope! Security is important to us. We do not store any of your credit card details locally. All credit card details are stored off site by our payment processor.

Using our Profile:

As we know before that our application is a convenient networking apps, there is important for us to know about you. It will make you easier to find the best match travel partner for boost your mood on the trip.

Buying Open Trip:

Open Trip price include the convenient fee to make sure that the application will provide you the best experience! The price will be defined by the trip leader who has an expertise to make the most attractive price for you

Create Trip as Trip Leader

Using Create Trip feature:
As a trip leader it is very important to give the best itenerary for your customer. So, here we are with only 5 steps you can publish the trip that you planned to go. Don’t worry, we will give you an explanation in every steps you are in to.

Publish Trip:
Once you click publish on the step 5 of create trip feature. It can’t be deleted unless you contact our support. It is necessary for us to guarantee all the trip on the track so we can not allow you to delete your trip without our permission.

Chat

Using chat feature:
We all social creature so why we hold to interact with each other? We understand the needs for everyone to get connected with each other. That is why our application provide the chat feature to support your interaction both with trip leader and traveler. Once you pay a trip, you will directly join the trip group chat. So, let’s interact with our travel mates.

Open Trip Official Chat:
Hi! We are here to support you. Don’t you worry about troublesome because our support chat will be always in the top of your chat board. We are ready to be your friend while anything on your mind comes up to you.

Activity

Using activity:

All you need is to be active to share the trip experience such as photo, video, description, experience, etc in your activity board. It will expose the place that you’ve been before so your friend will be interested to do so.

Search

Using search:

If you already know which place that will be your next trip. You can use our search feature in order to give you the place that you need. We can also search the user that we want to interact with as long as the have registered their account with Open Trip.

My Profile

The "My Profile" tab is where you can change all of your personal details. This includes your email address, name, and password. Just don't forget to click on the "Save Changes" button. You can also delete your account from the "My Profile" tab, but what a sad day that would be.
